Intuitive Eating has been around since the 90’s, but it’s finally, thankfully having a main-stream moment. Contradictory to everything we’ve learned about eating and dieting, this evidence-based model guides us to make food choices based on our inherent wisdom and intuition, ultimately leading to improved health outcomes. In this presentation, course participants will learn about the 10 Intuitive Eating principles and how to incorporate Intuitive Eating into everyday life.
