Are you interested in incorporating guided meditation into your life as a self-care practice? This course is perfect for beginners or anyone who has tried guided meditation but experienced frustration or judgment in the process. I will cover the basics for how this practice benefits the human body and spirit and lead a simple, achievable meditation. I will also cover common misconceptions about the practice and practical tools you can easily implement. We'll conclude the session with questions and concerns.
