I am a servant leader and trainer of leaders. With experience as a parent helper, teacher's aide,substitute and classroom teacher, coach, tutor, assistant principal and principal, I bring a depth of educational experience to everything I do. My husband an I have been pastoring for 27 years where I am a mentor, team and system builder. Before moving to Austin, my passion for math instruction led me to teach math methods to aspiring teachers at my alma mater college in California. Input driven, team based leadership, student centered, discovery based learning, and a drive to achieve are at the core of what I do. My strengths include positive, relational leadership with integrity and a hunger to learn and lead others in learning every day. We are better together!
